By messaging or interacting with Jarvis AI Assistant ("Jarvis", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Jarvis is an AI-powered personal assistant accessible via WhatsApp and other messaging platforms. Jarvis is operated by WiPay Caribbean ("we", "us", "our"). The Service provides conversational AI assistance including but not limited to: answering questions, setting reminders, processing voice notes, generating content, and managing tasks.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Jarvis. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Your WhatsApp phone number serves as your account identifier. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your number. Do not share access to your Jarvis conversations with unauthorized individuals.

Jarvis is an AI assistant and may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. The Service is provided for general assistance only and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses are not guaranteed to be correct.
Certain features of Jarvis may require payment. Payments are processed securely through WiPay. By subscribing to paid features, you agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Content you create or provide through Jarvis remains yours. Content generated by Jarvis in response to your requests is provided for your personal use. The Jarvis name, branding, and underlying technology are the property of WiPay Caribbean.
Your use of Jarvis is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
We strive to keep Jarvis available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiPay Caribbean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Jarvis. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Jarvis at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Jarvis after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
